This month we are proud to highlight Byline Bank, a longtime financial institution that has servicing Westchester and the surrounding communities for more than 20 years. Byline Bank has established themselves at the corner of Cermak and Wolf Road (11211 Cermak Road) – a location that residents may be familiar with as a bank as prior to Byline there was Westbank and Inland Bank. While the name on the building has changed over time, Byline believes in fostering a commitment to the community. For more than 20 years, Byline Bank has continued to provide relationship-based banking while remaining actively involved in the western suburbs. Their mission has always centered on delivering accessible financial services while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and local businesses. Leading the Westchester branch is Joseph Christopher, Assistant Vice President and Senior Branch Manager, who brings more than 30 years of banking and lending experience to the community. Alongside Joseph is a dedicated team of employees, many of whom have served the Westchester branch for years. Joseph takes pride in fostering a workplace culture built on respect, collaboration, and professional growth, while Byline continues to invest in employee development and training opportunities. Joseph shared that one of the reasons Byline has remained in Westchester for so many years is because “Westchester values long-term relationships, which mirrors how Byline does business.” He noted that the continued engagement of residents, business owners, and village leadership has helped create meaningful connections throughout the community. The village’s stability and collaborative spirit have made Westchester a place where Byline can continue to grow alongside its customers.
