Clerk's Office
The Village Clerk is an elected official who serves a four-year term. It is the responsibility of the Clerk's Office to maintain Village records, take Board and Committee of the Whole Meeting Minutes, provide voter registration services and coordinate local elections.
Community Development
Building permits, code enforcement, zoning, planning, and economic development services for residents and businesses.
Finance Office
The Finance Office manages village finances, accounts payable, treasury functions, and financial reporting.
Fire Department
The Westchester Fire Department is the all-hazards provider of emergency medical services, fire and rescue response, community risk reduction, and emergency management. The department operates from two stations with full-time Firefighter/Paramedics on 24-hour shifts.
Administration
The Village Manager oversees daily operations of the Village and implements policies set by the Village Board.
Police Department
The mission of the Westchester Police Department is to provide the highest quality police services by working with our community and sharing our mutual responsibilities for safety, service, and problem resolution.
Public Works
The Public Works Department maintains village infrastructure including streets, sidewalks, trees, and public facilities.
Water Department
The Water Department manages the village water supply and distribution system.
