Contact the Water Department at Village Hall to set up your account. Auto-pay is available for your convenience.
Vehicle Stickers
All vehicles owned by Westchester residents must display a current village sticker. Stickers are due by April 30th annually.
Waste Collection
Weekly pickup is provided by SBC Waste Solutions at (800) 529-2710. Seniors 65+ may qualify for a discount on their waste collection fee.
Dog Registration
All dogs in Westchester must be registered annually. Registration helps reunite lost pets with their owners.
