2026 Water Mains & Street Reconstruction
- Location: Sunnyside Ave from Windsor Dr. to Wakefield St.
- Full street reconstruction to follow water main installation. - Location: Portsmouth Ave from Gladstone St. to Roosevelt Rd.
- Street will be patched following water main installation. Street will be paved in 2027.
2026 Street Resurfacing
Mobilization of equipment and materials, layout, and saw cutting will begin on:
- Stratford Ave from the cul-de-sac to Wakefield St.
- Wakefield St. from Stratford Ave to Sunnyside Ave.
2026 Alley Reconstruction
Reconstruction of the alleys just south of Roosevelt Rd. from Heidorn Ave to Haase Ave will commence:
- Date: Saturday, May 30
Time: 8:00 AM Start
All alleys will undergo capping, grading, and underdrain installation.
