Proposed Approval of the Roosevelt/Mannheim Redevelopment Project and Area
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of June, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Village of Westchester Village Hall, 10300 West Roosevelt Road, Westchester, Illinois 60154, a public hearing (the “Hearing”) will be held to consider the approval of the proposed Roosevelt/Mannheim Road Redevelopment Plan and Project (the “Plan and Project”), the designation of the Roosevelt/Mannheim Road Redevelopment Project Area (the “Project Area”) and the adoption of tax increment financing therefore.
